"It's only $10 to park and walk the grounds. If you lucky you'll meet Ed. He's full of info about the place and things to see. We had a great day."

"Great tour guides. The esthetic is beautiful. In the spring the estate lawn is breathtaking. The Christmas decor is real pretty."

"Did the Halloween evening tour and it was fantastic. Not too spooky, fun historical facts, and just a little creepy for the Halloween season. Beautiful mansion and grounds, would come back again!"

"We did the Lyndhurst Mansion on our way back home after checking out from the hotel. We all agreed this was not our favourite mansion to visit. The grounds were probably the best of all the mansions we visited this weekend. Side note: this place charges for house tours and charges to actually roam the grounds, it if you buy the house tour you get admission to roam the grounds. The house itself was nice but all I’m gonna say is if you had that much money to build it, why would the Goulds go with a fake painted marble and painted fake walnut look? So odd but it made the house a bit more unique. For the price of the tour it seemed more than what it was worth. I would do FDRs house or Vanderbilt again."
