"A great local treasure! Very friendly staff. The sound is amazing in this theater. I would just say that for certain bands I would like to hear them a little louder but I believe they have a sound level that they don't go above decibels. The bar upstairs is great. Incredibly friendly service. Nice selection of beers & wines. Love that they have a record store connected to the music hall for used records."

"The Tarrytown Music Hall is a first class and top quality performance arts venue based in Tarrytown, New York. Built and opened during the 19th Century, the Tarrytown Music Hall is considered Westchester County’s oldest theatre. The building was designed by architect, Philip Edmund and it features numerous Queen Anne style characteristics such as its pyramidal or hipped roof reflecting pyramidal massing. Throughout the 20th Century, it has hosted prominent musical icons ranging from Louis Armstrong & Miles Davis. In December of 2023, I brought and treated my wife and myself to attend the “Nutcracker Performed By The New York Theater Ballet” at the Tarrytown Music Hall and we very much enjoyed the show. Our favorite parts of the show were the “Russian Dance” the “Waltz of the Snowflakes” & “The Nutcracker Mouse King Battle.” Everyone performed brilliantly, and the theater’s acoustics certainly helped elevate the performance. The theater provides comfortable seats for its guests and great views of the stage and the performers Both my wife and I would like to thank the Tarrytown Music Hall for providing us with a great experience and definitely recommend for everyone to attend and watch a show at this wonderful music venue!!!"

"This is a very beautiful, old theater, set in the heart of Tarrytown. The seats are comfortable and there is a lot of room between the rows so you don't have to get up when someone needs to enter/exit the row. There is a pay parking lot at the bottom of the hill near the train station - it's doubtful you'll find parking available on the street. We saw Leonid & Friends there, a Chicago cover band. They were absolutely fantastic. My only complaint was that their voices were a bit muddy. I suspect this was due to their equipment and not any fault of the theaters sound system especially since this is a complaint that has been mentioned about other performances of Leonid & Friends at other theatres. Still it was a fantastic show at a really nice theater. The balcony does extend quite a bit into the theater. Front row seats in the balcony may be the best seats in the house."
