"I bought the scooter from the Jamaica 170 St location, there all Chinese scooters are bad, I bought it in August 2023, and there have not been any months that I haven't had something broken. charged too much for basic services. Every time I go they will change the part and ask for an absurd amount of money. Then a few weeks ago I had another issue with the bike, I went again they would change the part, why don't you guys just fix everything at once? Why???. I don't know about their other products. If you are going to buy a moped do not hope, it'll last long. And don't even think about any warranty. Very bad experience with the moped, I already spent around $400, on a $1500 bike for repair."

"I typically commute 10 to 15 miles a day to work on my ebike. I have experienced fair and professional service from this company. They are committed to fair prices and quality service. I have had a tire and inner tube replaced, as well as both brake pads replaced and most recently the motor had to be replaced due to my bike sitting in flood waters on September 29th. I trust the owner of this company and his qualified staff with all my ebike maintenance. Fast and friendly service at reasonable prices."
