"Great facility with a load of equipment! I appreciate this PF has free weights that go up to 75 lbs. when my other one before I moved only went up to 60 lbs! Highly recommend!"

"I am a new member of the Forest Hills, Planet Fittness facility. So far I am very satisfied with this gym. I see efforts of the employees to keep it clean. Other employees are also very helpful. I would like especially command Rafael, who was very helpful in guiding me through the details of signing in, explaining things clearly and patiently. He is very nice and kind individual. Thank you."

"It has everything you need, a bunch of machines. Good atmosphere. It does get crowded though but if you ask to switch off with someone for a machine they often let you. And great price too. There’s a reason why it’s packed, because it’s a great gym. The price is cheap do not expect it to be a Resort spa!"

"Canceling my membership right now. What's the point of even opening when you dont have working machines. If you only go here for the treadmill go ahead is the only thing that's almost always available. Arms and legs machines are broken and missing pins. Manager keeps copy pasting the same generic comment on every single review or complaint but does nothing to address the issue. Disappointed. I gave them a try and waited almost a whole month for them to repair the machines. I had to elongate my routine waiting for others to use a single leg press... once they finally repair them they were out of service again within a week and since then everything keeps falling apart. PF is not worth it.. maybe that's why it's so cheap."

"One of the worst locations! Sorry PF but after visiting some other locations all around the US, I have to admit that this my home location is the worst! Not enough equipment and bunch of the equipment is not usable for long periods. Missing pins and other issues. Some of the elliptic machines are squeaky and not smooth moving. Dumbbells and weights plates all around the gym, no one rerack them and you can waist a lot of time for find them. I’m writing this review only because I want this location to improve . I hope someone pay attention to reviews and actually can do something about the problem."
