"I had a flat tire and I was Doordashing with my bike. I was in the Astoria area, so I took my bike to this store. The owner was like he didn’t want to do it and said that I could fix it. It was more expensive that the bike shop near my home. The second time I came here was the worst: I had a rusty cord that was a pet of the shifting system of the bike. I took it to this repair shop and the owner simply put the bike on gear 3 instead of replacing the cord. I struggled a lot to pedal the bike. This shop is an awful place and I would never go here again. Awful service that looks down on the customer and incompetent repair."

"Worst bike shop I have ever been to in NY state , they have horrible sevice they had me wait while there so call reception took a personal call and then try to rip me off. I ask them to realine the front wheel cause it's rubbing on the brake pads the mechanic stated $20 I responded it does not cost $20 to realine one wheel ,the owner got really offended and stated your paying for the macannic experience on bikes. And if you do not speak Spanish forget about receiving sevice they will tend to anyone who looks or speack spanish first. Even if your the first one online they will skip you and tend to who ever speak there language and have you waiting forever. I pretend not to speack spnaish and the owner and reception pointed and stated "skip that GRINGO" and the reception conversation on the phone was about Money laundering in I think she said daycare or with Medicare I wasn't sure what was going on so I immediately left. (Readers please review other reviews with 1star it's extremely similar please avoid this shop for your own sake)"

"The best bike shop around in Astoria. They're friendly and will help you out quickly. Most of the time they're doing repairs immediately and you only have to wait 10min or so. The price of their bike is not outrageous, I bought mine online but the shop price is almost identical. Lots of different tools inside if you need. If you pay cash you might get a small discount if you ask."
