"Saying this gym is poorly equipped is a supreme understatement. They bathrooms and showers are GROSS. They have EXTREMELY limited weight training equipment, missing weights at the one sublet rack, and most of the piercings cloth padding is in poor shape. It is riddled with broken cardio machines that make somewhere around 1/3 of the machines useless. The customers are extremely rude and tie up all the "popular machines," and I've ever seen kids fighting in the locker room while staff watched. When I finally had enough and tried to cancel before they delayed it til it charged me for another month, then I canceled to squeeze every cent they could before I moved on. I know it's cheap, but save your time and energy."
"Some guys here hug the machines for over an hour thinking that it belongs to their father when it's not. Bunch of inconsiderate idiots go to this gym. I.e. They be on their phones for hours sitting on the machines."
"Decent enough gym but weights are always scattered, no one bothers cleaning up or re-racking dumbbells, barbells, machines or even yoga mats. Personnel doesn't hold people accountable, and never do sweeps to refill paper towels, disinfectant, or even hand soap. Gym could be much better run."
"The staff is friendly and kind, they deserve 5 stars. The gym does not. If you're going to lift weights then it's great. But downstairs where all the cardio machines are is a nightmare. Scorching hot, unsafe, and dirty. People leave dirty tissues all over the machines and do not clean up after themselves. Half the machines barely work, treadmills are wobbly which is extremely unsafe, and most of the cup holders are broken. I can't count how many times I've tried to put in my water bottle and it fell right through. Like I said, staff is wonderful. But the gym is as expected for Liberty avenue. Won't be returning. Corporate needs to help them out big time and stop ignoring the needs of certain locations just because they're located in underprivileged communities."
