As we walked around each zone of the gym Kiane explained what each was used for, the access each memberships had, and answered all my questions. 10/10! "I love the gym and the people who work in it. Very friendly atmosphere. However, something needs to be done about the limit on the Hydro beds. I did not pay to be limited to only one 10 minute session on the Hydro bed. I want to be able to use the Hydro bed as many times as I’d like as long as, other people are able to use it as well. Most of the time, there is no line for the Hydro bed and there is no reason for a limit if this is so. In all regards, if we’re paying for the use of a Hydro bed, we should be able to use it. Someone has to change that policy ASAP."

"Just joined gym and wow this place is fresh and clean! Whoever is the cleaner give them a raise. Seriously. There's wipes to wipe your equipment down before and after use. The changing rooms are clean. They have different size lockers, showers and toilet area based on gender. Very clean and stocked. I used the massage bed. You have to first go to the desk to request the use (this is for members who pay for additional services only). The massage was amazing. I only worked out on the treadmill for an hour and the machine performed well. I found staff to be courteous respectful and available for all my questions. I like the fact that all ages work out at the gym and everyone is friendly. Gym is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) within the Rochdale mall on the Baisley Blvd side and Guy Brewer corner area. Free parking."

"Rochdale Gym has a community, atmosphere, and cleanliness of the gym can't be beaten!" The gym is in a great location, and the membership is affordable too. The equipment is also nicely maintained. There are times when the equipment is broken out of service or waiting for repairs but can’t complain you can expect this with equipment usage. I like to take a moment to share a note with management about one of my regular Saturday visits. While working out t I noticed one of your staff members cleaning the equipment and the space around the equipment I watched him for several minutes while he detailed from top to bottom the gym equipment I was so impressed with the quality of his work and how focused he was while cleaning so much that I had to pay compliment to him on the wonderful job he was doing even while members were in his way at times but he cautiously did his job. The staff member's name was Leroy and I found out that Leroy and I had something in common I once was a maintenance person at a gym and I also was in charge of the cleanliness of the gym he told me that he took the cleanliness of the gym personally and that he planned on getting Rochdale Gym the status of number one for cleanliness. With an attitude like this, I think you need to make sure Leroy sticks around for a long time he has an excellent attitude and he cares about the gym's cleanliness which for me and the majority of your members is important. I wanted to leave you with a suggestion that worked for me as a maintenance person and I feel would help Leroy and any future cleaner or maintenance person at your facility my suggestion is to allow 1 overnight(after gym closing) schedule per month for deep cleaning this could be 2x monthly it is the most convenient time to get the cleaning done from top to bottom without the members and staff being present it worked for me in my capacity and I was able to maintain the cleanliness of your gym."

"The staff here is so so amazing. The gym is ALWAYS SPOTLESS CLEAN. when you walk in you're greeted and when you're walking out someone ALWAYS says goodbye. The customer service is so so good here. When working out the trainers are even open to give you suggestions even though you are not training with them. I love that about them. I definitely recommend this gym. The parking makes it even better."
