"I've been training with Savannah at Wolf's den for over a year and a half now and I don't foresee myself leaving for several reasons. It's very hard to find a personal trainer that you have a connection with, who is so knowledgeable, supports and motivates you, and lastly makes working out fun and realistic. I go 3 times a week and have never seen better improvement in my body composition. The gym itself is very inviting and doesn't have that typical "gym vibe" that can make people feel uncomfortable."

Although I train one on one with her, the other trainers, Jill and Savanah, and the people they train make the environment inclusive. The gym focuses on one-on-one strength training, and the environment is exceptionally positive and supportive. It's a small, close-knit place, and you start to feel like family after a while.
