"Horrible. If I can give it no stars I would. I called because I bought a winter jacket yesterday from the galleria and realized the next day the zipper didn't work. So I called the mckinely store because it was closer to my house . She said yea no problem we probably have it. And I said can you make sure I don't want to drive out for no reason. Puts me on hold for a minute and says yes we have it. So I drove over and she tried messing with the zipper to see it didn't work. So she then goes.. oh we don't have that jacket. So I was aggravated about that seeing as though I just called before hand and asked. Then says I can switch out for a different one so I did and I get to the register and she goes oh no we can't do that because we don't sell that style. You have to go back to the galleria. It's not that far away. Completely aggravated and upset by this employee and store. Word of advice. Go to the galleria . They have the best staff there."
