Given how much customers are spending on these items, albeit luxurious and trendy, there should be a sense of customer service and appreciation with the sales reps. Either way, excellent styles this collection."

"My fiance is a fan of Hugo Boss, and their clothes look good on him (albeit expensive!) We usually deal with Russell (excellent knowledge and service!) but he was busy when I walked in a few weeks ago to purchase an early birthday gift for my fiance, so Monika assisted me in the purchase. Everything was great until I received a thank you card from Monika in a Hugo Boss envelope addressed to me this week. My fiance saw it and immediately guessed that I had bought his birthday gift from there, and then proceeded to guess exactly what the item is. Normally, this would be a great gesture from the store (to send a thank you card to follow-up); however, this totally ruined the surprise as his birthday is still 3 weeks away. I remember mentioning at the store that his birthday is actually the end of May so I'm just buying the gift really early... anyway, thank you for the thank you card, but please don't send it next time!!!"
