"What an amazing place to get healthy!! In addition the trainers personalize to ability. Leading up to double knee replacement we focused on strength. And post surgery once cleared to return, workouts were tailored to flexibility. All the trainers are fantastic people they are interesting and fun. Kevin and Mandy are never without a smile and a personal touch. They have a wonderful business/ work ethic. It is honestly a joy to be at “the gym”."
