"Extremely bad experience. Very poor customer service. I found that I over paid as they charged me incorrectly. I brought it to their attn. it took them 2 weeks & I had to keep calling for a status. My last status call I was told Ginger would call me that day. She never did.. I call again to inquire & am told she’s off the rest of the week. I get a check in the mail for 1/3 of what I’m owed & a note. My first response was “are you joking” . Ginger Claims there’s $50 in fees for 2 same day cancelations. However, I had a death in the family & When I called to cancel I was specifically told by their employee I would not be charged a fee for canceling the appt. & now Gingers trying to keep money for cancellation fees. She must really need it more than me. Very poor customer service to say the least."
