"The staff was very professional and caring about their service. I didn't expect my eye exam to be via telehealth. I assumed an in-person appointment with the doctor. I was a bit skeptical at first but once I got my exam started, I was surprised at how well it went. I got Paul during my exam. He was very spirited and knowledgeable during my exam. Michael and Fatimah at the office also helped me pick out my glasses. It was hard choosing from so many frame options but their perspectives helped solidify mine. I'm appreciative of Michael's thorough care and attention. He answered all the questions I had and explained prices at checkout. My appointment was on a Friday and my glasses were ready for pick up on that following Monday. It felt much like an express service without the price tag. Can't complain really. I'm very satisfied and would recommend others to go if what they search for is a thorough and professional experience! 10/10 :)"
