"Making an "appointment" for a vaccine is a useless exercise here. I've NEVER had it take less than 30 minutes of confusion on their part. Also, it's a waste of time to fill out the forms on-line because none of that info EVER makes it to the store - you still have to fill out all the questions and answers on paper once you arrive. The store is otherwise nice, and the drive-through is efficient, once you understand that it is shut down during the middle of the day for lunch."
