"I was in a car accident and was taken to St. Charles. I obtained multiple stitches in my right hand and had x-rays done and was told to go to my local ER to have the stitches taken out after 10-14 days. St. Charles told me no broken bones and I was medically cleared. After week at home I noticed my hand was horribly swollen and turning all different colors (I thought it was just bruising). I ended up going to LICH, and was treated by Dr. Rivas. She took one look at my hand and asked if she could take x-rays of my hand because she felt there was something wrong. I completely agreed. Within the hour, Dr. Rivas came back and told me that not only did I have a broken bone, I had three broken bones in my hand and properly wrapped my hand and helped me get an appointment to see a othopedic surgeon within 24 hours. I cannot recommend Dr. Rivas enough, she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure that her patients have the proper care."

"Uncaring, disrespect, belittling, humiliating that's how I felt being treated by this heartless person, I will never step foot in that hospital again, and it's scary to say this Dr monster Rivas isn't even the worst I've seen there. She was pointing her finger in my face while I was crying, gagging, sick as could be. I am so sick about how I was treated by her I can't even put it into words."
