"Everyone here is very nice and kind! The office is clean and typically little wait time. However, the front office, one person in particular never has a welcoming, warm or friendly attitude. She looks like she hates her job and doesn’t know how to smile. She should undergo customer service training or take a page out of her coworkers book. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is amazing"
