"I saw Dr. Aldea at Catholic Health Services in Commack. I can’t say enough about how caring, kind and thorough she is. My appointment got messed up on their end, but Dr. Aldea and her staff figured out a way to see me despite the glitch. She squeezed me back in and took her time getting to know me. She made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She is an intelligent and caring doctor."

"Overall Dr. Aldea is nice, but the receptionist is extremely rude. Both in person and over the phone she is snappy, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Strongly considering switching doctors just so I never have to deal with that lady ever again!"

"By far, the worst physician I have ever encountered. My mother is a patient at this office and recently had a motor vehicle accident. I went with her for a follow up and this so called PCP was offensive, rude and racist. We are Hispanic is an extremely diverse country, my mother does very well with speaking and understanding English, yet I went as she was in pain and still nervous with the accident. I am doing what any daughter would do and I was explaining the pain she was in because although, she does well with English, her primary language is Spanish. This women esas immediately rude and referred her to Rosetta Stone. We went to her office for a note to justify her sick days at work and this doctor refuse to give her one, stating that she can just take it easy at work meanwhile she works at the hospital next door to the office as a housekeeper which is strenuous and requires heavy lifting and multiple tasks that require her body to not ache. Very in compassionate doctor and I would not refer anyone to her, she walks in the room with a ugly face and seems mad at patients, no wonder her waiting room was empty, doctors should be compassionate and sympathetic, clearly she missed that day of training. Look elsewhere, she is not the ONE you want to “care” for you"

"Won’t be returning to the office due to the staffing. Went to visit for my annual exam in May and then get a bill for the ekg and blood work. Called the office many many times to sort out the bill and each time you get brushed off and / or get told it’s “taken care of” when it’s not. Poorly run office and I won’t be returning. I don’t have time in my schedule to be calling a doctors office weekly to repeat the same thing! I would find another office for your medical needs as this one is truly a headache to deal with!"

"Such an awesome experience , I’m not a fan of doctor appointments, but from beginning to end , I was treated with so much kindness, Donna was such a lovely person and super helpful , and than Ashley was so easy going and relatable , and than to top it off Dr.Aldea was willing to listen to all my random complaints , I was talking so much bc of how anxious I was, but she didn’t interrupt ,she just let me rant random things. She was realistic and patient. Absolutely recommended this office to family and friends."
