"Excellent doctor, but about as warm as a tree frog."

"i absolutely love Dr. Bella but dealing with the receptionist is a headache. She is not a doctor but ask medical questions she cannot give answers to. On several occasions she has been unprofessional, and having to wait 6 plus hours for a phone call back after being placed on hold for extended periods of time, and to sit in the office for hours just to get a notice. I called my insurance to remove her as my primary just to avoid her staff. Will not recommend unless you have time to waste and don’t mind being disrespected."

"Dr. Bella is a very good doctor, she familiarize herself with you and your health needs. I will always highly recommend her to anyone that needs a good old fashion doctor. A healthy patient is a satisfying doctor. The Medical Assistant is courteous, helpful, approachable and very knowledgeable when ask a question."
