We understand the importance of convenient healthcare access, which is why we offer USCIS Immigration Physicals for only $150, with no extra charge for existing patients with HMO plans. Additionally, we provide Yellow Fever Vaccines at a rate of $270, with coverage available through select insurance plans.

"Do not come here . You will be waiting hours just for the doctor to see you for 1 min . Also very rude here . The bathroom says not to “poo-poo” because of the pipes are old . Do they think the people in this area are children or something . I will never walk in this place ever again and I’m changing my Primary Care Provider. Also they have notes in the offices saying not to let “bad reviews” be the only reviews on Google . If you have to leave notes like that around maybe that should tell you that you are not providing good services that the people in this area need . Just because you have a doctors degree does not mean you are better than anyone else . I know someone who owns 4 trucks who pulls in 340k/yr without a degree . Just to sum this all up . DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE . Get better care somewhere else"

"I had an appointment in the Brooklyn office at 5pm I arrived 4 minutes late the employee had me waiting outside for 20 minute and then opened the door and said they were closed, I had to drive all the way from queens for emergency and they treated me very poorly. I am changing my doctors and never going back this was a horrible experience why book an appointment for me at 5pm and not take care of me. This office is very unprofessional."

"Had to wait over an hour to be seen. Haven’t seen this doctor in over a year. Doctor didn’t list to any complaints I had. Was very dismissive and tried to get me out the office as quick as possible. He faked listening to my lungs and told me “you’re healthy” without any examinations. I refused to leave until he did a real physical then he decided he’s not seeing me. I requested a note that he denied me of the tests I wanted and a copy of my medical records and he refused. This office is ridiculous."
