"UPDATE: On further research, it seems like the staff on hand, other than the PTs, have no professional training. This would explain a lot. See photo of job posting attached. ---------------- I had a very poor experience here. During the initial evaluation, the physical therapist made several broadly inaccurate assumptions and prescribed treatment without physically examining my foot or taking a proper history. This issue continued with the PT assistants, who repeatedly confused my treatment plan with those of other patients. This could have been easily avoided by checking my chart."
