"****UPDATE**** After the HORRIBLE experience earlier this year, I just received a bill from them because they took my vitals… before having me sit in an exam room for 40 minutes. So now I have to pay them because they took my vitals. What the actual hell is this place. Do NOT go here!! It’s filled with incompetent people and is truly a dirty place. ***** If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had an appointment the other day, and I’ll never go back. To start, the people at reception don’t seem to know what they are doing. The check-in process asked for no patient history, which appeared to be a red flag. After being taken back to an exam room, multiple people came in to ask who I was and what I was there for—a bit concerning that no one seemed to know which patients were in each room. Multiple people also came in telling me I was there for a follow-up and blood tests, and I had to correct them that I was a new patient and was there for an exam. Also, when they took my blood pressure and weight, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and I was the one who noticed I had my legs crossed still. Then, I sat in the exam room for 40 minutes, waiting to be seen by a doctor. At this point, it was over an hour past my actual appointment time. I ended up leaving without being seen for a few reasons. I didn’t trust that they’d even know what they were doing, and I couldn’t wait any longer. Also, I paid a co-pay for no reason, and the receptionist could not figure out how to issue a refund. Overall incompetent. I would NOT go here."

"I'm revising my previous review in order to maintain my dignity and respect. Less than stellar quality of care and the response to my public review online by the doctor herself proves how disrespectful, rude, pompous and arrogant she is. People, women especially, NEED to TRUST their healthcare providers and doctors should consider their patients trust a privilege. It's clear that this doctor picks and chooses whom she caters to and I've yet to receive a formal apology."

"When I say I never leave reviews I really mean I may leave a review on something maybe once a year cause ain't nobody got time for this. However I would be remised if I did not leave a review for trust women healthcare. From the moment I arrived I felt respected and cared for at the front desk. My wait time was about 5-7 minutes but that's fantastic in my book. Into my exam Dr. Peggy A Estime Roberts was very gentle and was done with the exam before I even knew anything was goin on. She took the time to answer all my question and I really felt well taken care of. I know nobody brags about GYN but Im bragging about mine because she is wonderful. Thank you for being different. I will be returning and referring every lady I know to my new GYN. Truly a blessing to be treated like a patient for once. I had an awesome experience. Completely wonderful office even if it's just the two of them. God bless you both. Keep up the good work"
