"So many great things to say! Julia helped me from the start of my second trimester all the way to 6 months PP. She helped me learn about the pelvic floor and helped train my body for being a mom and giving birth for the first time! I had never trained with anyone before and was mostly a yoga/pilates type of girl. Since I was planning a home birth I really wanted to make sure I learned as much as I could and got as strong as I could. Julia was able to teach me so much about weight training and help me build the strength safely and successfully. When I was plagued with pelvic girdle pain Julia was able to help me find relief. We worked out every week in person until i tapped out around 37/38 weeks. From that point on she gave me homework to do at home to keep up my movement and birth focused exercises and stretches. once baby was born she checked in on me often and we started back up virtually around 8 weeks pp. since then it’s been an amazing rebuilding of muscles and strength but I feel like my old self and stronger at 6 months pp then I did before getting pregnant. it has been quite a journey and julia has been there from start to finish. 1000% recommend working with her!!!"
