"Great experience with the Doctor, nurses, and staff on site. I used to get allergy shots for a long time when I was young, but eventually I didn't feel the need for them and stopped for several years until... Last April/May was uniquely bad for my allergies, and I could barely function. I've been coming here for allergy shots about a year and I feel so much better than the year before without them. One small constructive criticism with ENT & Allergy Associates is that when you try to call to reschedule an existing appointment, you get sent to a call center rather than the actual office, and there's usually a 5-10min wait (you can also have them call you back). There are communications saying you can reschedule online, but the platform doesn't really work - I can only cancel but not reschedule online. If that was fixed I'd say A+++"
