"So I went to the store I will stay. They are nice very helpful and they do have a lot of good stuff there on that note I spent close to $600 on items. One of the items out of the box isn’t working correctly. I called them two days in a row And told them if they can exchange it or if I can come in and exchange it and I’ll buy the even more expensive one out of my pocket just to get it resolved and they keep telling me call back the next day and so far every time I call back, they tell me to call back and it’s getting a little frustrating and irritating now and becoming a big inconvenience for myself I hope this can get resolved, but I’m starting to feel like I’m being toyed with I deal with customers every day and if I did this to a customer, I wouldn’t have a job"
"Overall this shop is amazing. Out of all the head shops around this area this one is my favorite. They have some of the best quality pieces around. The girls that work in the store are always so friendly and willing to help you. You will probably be able to haggle with them when it comes to price. Which the prices are already very reasonable. The gift shop area is also great too. They have a lot of The Nightmare Before Christmas decor. Definitely worth checking out. I drive from over an hour away just to go to this head shop."
