"Had our equipment for more than 2 weeks without even looking at it Than they call (after we called numerous times to see what the status was) to tell you they are not worth fixing Then charge us a bench fee of $60 each piece before releasing unfixed equipment We have been in business for more than 50 years Will not be using them again and will inform our friends in the business Poor Customer service Lost commercial account"

"An update to my last review of seven yrs ago. My Toro zero turn mower needed servicing after I broke the blade. Fellow picked up my mower then after a couple weeks, delivered it on time. Tune-up plus new blade. Runs like new! All the folks there are friendly and thoroughly professional. Carl's Equipment is still the best!"

"Horrible.... went in with snowblower to get repaired today ...were extremely rude and yelled at me for bringing it in “not till September.” Then a lady behind counter started yelling some incomprehensible words. Last time I will be going there. Extremely rude and just nasty for no reason. Just walked in the door. Visit on June 4th, 2018."
