"Its well known all 7-11s have bathroom but this guy refused to let me use it. So rude and inconsiderate considering there was nothing open that late at night and I was ready to make a purchase as well. Take your money to someone who is more willing to be nice to the public and support late night Uber drivers."

"I see they are renovating the outside of the store . Its gonna look good when its done. Inside of store was clean. Coffee station was clean. I asked the man for assistance and he helped me! Made my coffee and paid. Overall, the store is kept nice. It's at a perfect location right before Woodside ave so it's right around the corner!"

"Very good 7-11, I just wish they had the older Microwave. With the smaller one, I need to lay my coffee on the side. Their milk selection is great!!! They ran out of the no-calorie Vanilla Pump, but nobody is perfect?"

"This location does not honor advertised and posted rewards member specials. I brought the $3.00 3-for deal of 2 grill items and a large soda to the register. I entered my members' mobile phone and my id came up on screen. The cashier tried to charge me $3.89. The proper sales tax on a $3 purchase is only 26 cents. When I told the cashier she was charging me nearly 30% sales tax she said she couldn't do anything about it. Another staff member told me I should have brought up 3 grill items instead of 2 and the soda. My showing her the posted notice made no difference. I got ranked out by the cashiers. during subsequent visits I presented the bar code using my mobile 7-11 app. This made very little difference."
