"Dr. Cleary was great for the first few visits, then I never saw him again. Ever since the switch, it’s been awful. I’ve called several times and each time I waited on hold for 20-30 minutes before I end the call. No answer all day. Will not be going back."

"I have been seeing Dr. Cleary for the last 16 years. He is a great doctor. He is always willing to listen and discuss in details about my health concerns. I had never had any problems calling them. They would answer within seconds or a few minutes. Very professional and helpful. However, I have been trying to call his office yesterday and today, no one was answering for 30 minutes. Had to drop my calls. I wonder if this is a result of their recent office renovation? Very weird."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Cleary's for about two years, and have seen him multiple times, if not every single time. He is a very caring physician; and both he and the staff are very kind and friendly. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, is because they hardly answer the phone anymore since they've remodeled. They use to answer right away, now I'm lucky if they piup at all."

"I went for the first time, I saw Dr. Cleary. He spent a good amount of time with me. Asked if I had any questions, I felt that he was listening to me and taking whatever time it was necessary for me to tell him what I wanted. Was not rushed at all, felt that I received good medical care. I had taken my father previously, we needed to get him in quickly, so we did see a PA, but we were there over two hours for his visit. There was no rush and even though it was the PA, I felt that he received exemplary care. One question we had was a little bit tricky, she left the room and conferred with the other PAs present to get the right answer. I was extremely pleased with both of our visits."
