"I’ve had Dr. Kuehnling since childhood until my insurance changed in my teens. He was a great Dr. I have him now and he still is amazing to work with. The problem? Nobody answers the phone in a reasonable time. It’s not 10 minutes, it’s at least a 40 minute wait every time I call. No idea why it’s so hard to contact the people responsible for helping me stay healthy. Currently have been on hold an hour and a half. Again, great Dr. but whoever answers the phone is either understaffed or grossly incompetent."

"I went in for my appointment at 7:10 pm and I was scheduled for someone to see me at 7:30. The receptionist Cheryl was VERY RUDE. I advised her that I had a deductible plan and that I’d be paying with my HSA, she responded “can I just bill you (send you a bill in the mail) and you pay later? I already did my register because I thought you weren’t gonna pay” i was in shock, she kept stating she had a long day, but that does not excuse someone from now making me go more out of my way because she wanted to leave early and assuming I couldn’t pay. Very disappointed."

"I have been a patient of Dr. William Kuehnling at Lancaster Medical Group for many years. I have always been able to get in to see the doctor himself that same week or week and a half if not sooner. On the occasions that I’ve meet with his physician assistants- they are all great as well. Once Dr. Kuehnling retires (God willing I’ll be dead by then), I won’t have another doctor because my expectations will be unrealistic thanks to the care I have received from him and everyone in that office for most of my life. I truly can’t understand how anyone could leave a negative review."
