"Ordered wrench organizers on Jan 5. Got a email with tracking information on Jan 6. Was stoked, fast shipping time. Today was January 17 and the tracking number still never shows received by the shipping company (USPS). I called today and a gentleman answered the phone. I asked what is going on with the order and he told me they didnt have in stock. I asked why did I get a tracking number and notification item shipped and no email, text or phone call notifying me it wasnt actually shipped? He offered a refund as an answer, but when I was asking if it was normal to do this and leave a customer hanging for two weeks, he hung up on me. Have no idea when item will be received. First and last time I will order from them. UPDATE: Received a refund 3 days after shop replied to the review. In response, they never tried to call back. If the call did not go through it would be a connection issue on their side. Cell phones when having no reception will go to VM and still to this day do not have any contact besides the reply to the review. Poor customer service."
