"Manager Lorenzo was very inconsiderate. Tried to cancel an order, which I was able to at a different Home Depot and he said that I had to pick up my order and could not cancel. Cumustomer service was no help either. I will never shop at this location again and will limit my shopping from this company in total."
"DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! They don’t care about your lost. They told me the refrigerator will be delivered in one piece. I broke down my door because of them. Then they dropped it in 3 pieces. Also they brought the refrigerator that was damaged. I just talked to them about the damaged and I said I don’t want to this refrigerator as damaged. I got an emergency call so I left the kitchen just a few minutes , whenever I came back there’re no guys. They’d left without any words. I tried to call the customer service and also store. But even if they didn’t accept their excuses they insisted on that it’s my fault. It’s not acceptable behavior."
