"Worst unprofessional pharmacy u can go to. Unless u want to be made fun of for picking up ur medication come here the little girl sara in the back likes to make fun of patients and call them crack heads for being sick. I heard her making fun of someone calling to ask for a specific medication to the pharmacist when I went in infront of my face Obviously they’re going to deny that but they have cameras and u guys know who I am so u can pull up the exact date I walked in and check for yourselves if u don’t recall that happening. I also have family who works there and I didn’t want them knowing my information or anything going on with me and the pharmacist went against HIPAA and told her my information and what medication I was prescribed because were “related” and got her involved. If I wanted my family to know my medication I would have asked her to pick it up for me she obviously had no clue and my dr sent in my prescription while my family member wasn’t even working that day I didn’t want to get her involved at all but the pharmacist now wants someone to blame for their unprofessionalism never come here unless u want everyone in totowa to know ur information deserves no stars I only went here because no one was carrying my medication that I needed wish I didn’t even bother their presence makes you even more sick"

"This is the most amazing pharmacy and amazing staff I’ve ever worked with to take care of level ones. Going as far back as my mother who died more than 17 years ago and now my aunt who is struggling, they deliver meds right to the house which is really important as loved ones are 45 minutes to an hour away. I’ve never known in pharmacy to do that. They’ve done it for decades. Besides that every time I call or go in there the kindest people -staff and pharmacist"
