"Stood in the place for 10+ min & never got asked if i needed help. When I finally asked for help the tall, bald bearded man said “you’ve been standing in here for THAT long & didn’t ask for help?!” He obviously noticed me but decided to have ME ask HIM for help. Made me feel slow & dumb for not knowing what I wanted to wear for a wedding. I will definitely NOT be shopping here again. Customer service is horrible. You would think that a place like this would ATLEAST have someone at the door welcoming you & asking “May I help you with something today?”… you know because anyone walking into men’s warehouse is there shopping for an important reason/event. NOT THIS PLACE! Turns out that those cologne kiosks at the mall have friendlier & better customer service training associates than this place does!"

"The first time I purchased a suit from here I had a great experience with the store associate showing me different options and giving advice and suggestions based upon on my likes, dislikes and how I wanted my suit to look and feel. The store associate was showing a genuine interest in having his customers look there best and it was a great experience. In the end, I got a nice fitting suit and a overall a satisfied customer with how well they treated me. With that being said, I decided to purchase another suit from here again after having a great experience the first time but I couldn’t have been more wrong to assume that. The store associate, Mark, that helped me this time seemed very disinterested in helping me find something that I liked. When it came time to try on the suits that he picked out, he didn’t even try to help me find the right measurements for alterations on the sleeves, pant waist and the pant length, even after showing interest in purchasing a suit that very day. At that moment, I didn’t want to even purchase the suit anymore for the sole fact of how bad the experience was working with him. I would’ve have loved to worked with the associate who helped me the first time I purchased from here but he was busy working with other customers so I left. I don’t usually post reviews but I was genuinely surprised with how different the service I got the first time was from this time around."
