"Today, I received top service from Michael Miceli, Supervisor of Customer Service. From my perspective as a retail manager, Mike went 100% above and beyond to assist with an issue I had with postage. He took the time, spoke to me with respect, and was very knowledgeable! Mike is an excellent asset to this postal location, as displayed through his customer-service oriented behaviors!!!! Best USPS that I have ever been to!!!"

"By far the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s typical pretty much like anywhere else. Understaffed people don’t care I’ve had multiple packages take an unbelievably long time due to there negligence of ripping the package and damaging the address. And by far one of the worst actual delivery service mail dosent come till 3-4 on in the afternoon. What if I get my check by mail and need to cash it in the morning before I go to work? Absolute joke of a city and postal service"

"They won't redeliver a package to a lockbox for me- I called Friday and told them I am too sick to come get it. The Girl put me on hold for 30 minutes then said the lockboxes are full. I ask her to please pritorize my package for a redeliver to a lockbox. ( they won't deliver to the house) Since I can't come to get it at the post office. She ask why are you sick? Which is none of her business. She said I'll try & have them put it in a lockbox on Monday. I had a Dr's apt on Mon. My driver was nice enough to stop & get my mail- no package. And 7 open lockboxes. I've tried to call them several times but now they don't answer the phone. Rings 25- 30 times and then cuts off. Since they don't answer the phone & I'm too sick to go get it. I guess they'll send it back. Horrible service but they don't care. I get other people's mail- all the time and have even gotton other people's packages. That I had to take back to the post office & they always make an excuse at the counter. I've lived in several states and cities and this post office is absolutely the only one I've ever experienced these problems with. They are plain horrible- lazy- & could care less about doing their jobs correctly."

"My mail carrier is great. I post my Mercari items from my mailbox, and they all have arrived safely at their destinations. I’ve never had a problem with this service. The other services just throw things on peoples’ porches. The USPS delivers my merchandise to the buyers’ mailboxes, safe and sound."
