"I'm not sure if this is the exact location that took my order yesterday. But I ordered a foot long sub on door dash and it arrived and it was absolutely horrible. The bread was overly burnt, It was very sloppy looking, And on top of that they gave me a 6 inch and not a foot long. I tried to get my money back and it did not go well. I used to work at this Subway years ago and it seems like it's really gone downhill."

"I went to this Subway location on 12/17/2023. I ordered a foot long Subway Club, the employee made 80% of the sub, only to tell me she was out of roast beef. I replied, “please substitute salami for the roast beef,” which she did. Upon the employee putting the toppings such as lettuce and tomatoes on the sub, I asked for onion also, which she replied, “I don’t have any onion. “ At this point, I was pretty disappointed with this Subway location. I proceeded to sit down in the dining area of the restaurant and began to eat my sub, only to find the Italian herb roll to be very stale, to the point it broke easily and crumbed in my hands."
