"My father receive's services through this agency. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are not about caring for their client's. It's bad when the office calls the client and yells at them for not getting outside to make sure the driveway is clear. There is a reason people receive services through caregivers its because they can not do for themselves."
"I was a employee for these guys for a few years. I would not recommend going with these guys at all. They do do not care for the clients and treat them awful and are only in it for the money. Every client I visited all I heard we’re awful complaints about the office. I was 35 weeks pregnant and they made me work a extremely hard case for a unreasonable amount of hours which unfortunately made me go into preterm labor."
"This agency is very " Rude " to be polite. They expect you to schedule according to when they are available and change any/all appointments. They call and say " We have an worker at your door to start working immediately! " If you do NOT agree to their terms, you are blacklisted by their company forever! My rating would be negative."
