"Very neglagent practice. I was treated like trash and spoken to like a small child. The dr was good except for not calling in my blood pressure refill or calliing me as he said he would do .i am 61 and dissabled fell onstairs and now can bearlywalk and in severe pain , dr refused anythig for pain and did xray but never called me with results .so now i am in severe painwith no blood pressure or muscle relaxers or gabapetin . He did nothing to help me and now i think without blood pressue pills i could stroke out and die.the nurse that called me ripped me a new hole and threatened to have me removed from the practice. Before I made the mistake of yelling at her I hung up.when a person is in severe pain being nice is impossible!!"

"Once again this office is so efficient. Dr Rogal is on a well deserved vacation. I call because Dr. Carey will no longer fill a script that is for my blood pressure. They said it’s not cardiac related. I have 5 left. They said call your primary. I asked why they can’t call and was met with we can but u have too. I only asked because I was not feeling well. They still refuse. I call this office and leave a message in detail. Less than 5 min they call me back. They were kind and efficient. Made a plan with me. When a patient is chronically ill. Every kindness helps."
