I never both with comments or reviews, but I felt this time I should, given the world's circumstances. We recently purchased a camper during a pandemic. During the purchase process I was thinking how much of a pain it was going to be to get insurance coverage knowing most companies had employees furloughed. I should have know after the many years of dealing with Erin Sachel at ESA that I had absolutely nothing to be concerned with. The process was better than ever!
