"This place is busy for a reason - my little one has received excellent care since day one. All the providers we've seen over the years have been extremely sweet, understanding and make going to the doctor a fun experience for her. The office is busy and getting someone on the phone can be a challenge, but they are good about calling back if you leave a message on their voicemail. The new location offers way more parking and I love how spacious and modern it looks. Thank you for the great care you provide - I highly suggest this office if you have littles!"

"My daughter has been with this practice since she was a baby 7 years now. Ever since the new owners took over it has been a nightmare. You can’t get in for appointments, none of the staff is friendly, when I voiced my concern that whenever my daughter is sick, we end up in an urgent or well now due to lack of being able to get into her doctors office and that doesn’t seem acceptable and the lady told me it’s bc they have too many patients and not enough doctors. So this new practice is only concerned with taking in new patients for more money however they cannot tend to those new patients or even the old ones due to lack of staff.. I hope you feel ashamed of yourself for being more concerned about money instead of making sure children’s needs are being met. Not impressed at all. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND SINCE THE NEW OWNERS"

"I googled River View to get the new address and noticed a couple of not so good reviews especially one that says something along the lines of " the doctors being too dumb to figure it out...". I hate those people didn't have the same experience I had/have with this office. My son is 8 years old and is on the spectrum, we have been going here for 8 years. When I see someone using the term "dumb" to describe a person it stings a little. Dr. Christopher DeLaney is the most patient, thorough provider- seriously AMAZING. There have only been a few times that we have seen the other providers when Dr. DeLaney was not there and they were good too. I really feel like my son is in good hands whenever we come here. The ladies at the front desk are VERY NICE so if you are late to an appointment (even just 10 mins late) I'd have to imagine they are just doing their jobs by telling you to reschedule. Every single Doctor/Dentist/ Provider should have a late policy- I have never been to one who doesn't and quite frankly I appreciate the policy. Whenever you have to wait longer than 15 mins to see the provider, just imagine how long you'd have to wait if they took every single patient who was more than 10 mins late."

"We had an appointment and have a decent drive to go here with a 1 year old. We called ahead 8 minutes before the appointment to try to let them know that we were running late but they never answered. When we got in we were no more than 8 minutes late and the receptionist was on the phone for another 2 minutes while we stood there. She then told us we should have called because "we were MORE than 10 minutes late" which we were not and then took another 2 minutes to explain that she cant actually reschedule an appointment at the moment. She told us if we called she would have rescheduled over the phone but they dont answer. They kicked us out without scheduling an appointment and told us they would call at a later time to schedule one. Not sure how that is going to happen since they seem to be always on the phone but never answer. Looking forward to a charge for being "over 10 minutes late". By the time i got back to my car is was only 12 minutes past the appointment time."
