"I’m not a patient of Dr. Lubinga’s, but was an employee of her’s when she first opened her practice. Not exactly what has happened but while employed by her, she always provided the care for her patients and cared for them as people, real people. It saddens me to see that people are discouraged."
"Terrible office help and even worse patient care! Had blood work done and after a month still couldn't get my results from her ! When I pressed her for a answer she dropped me as a patient! Seems to be it in it for money and not the people"
"I have been sick lately and I called Dr Lubinga's to ask if they could call in a antibiotic for me. Well my mistake I called on a Friday. I guess they are so busy wanting to leave the office by noon they don't care about the patients needs. I don't understand why I have a Dr when they force you to go to urgent care to get what you need. They can't even be bothered to call back any other professional would be fired from their job I guess I need to fire them and find a real doctor office that cares about people."
"High turnover with staff. Major problem with new staff calling in my pain meds. Was one of her first patients in 2011. So glad to be moving on to a more professional setting. I’ve told my family members to find new doctors as well.Dr. Lubinga is nice, albeit, her staff sucks."
