"I started buying from this website last year. Great prices and at first fast delivery. My last order for $103 was placed in the beginning of April of this year. Two weeks later I was informed that my order was not deliverable. It is now June 18th, still no money returned and no order. I did make an inquiry in May, no reply. I made another 2 days ago, to get my money back it will cost me 15% restocking fee!!!! Unbelievable! Or I can reorder the same thing? So they want me to pay twice! I didn't get the last order why would I get this order?! I'm writing to BBB Monday morning. Oh, and take a customer service class people. You need it desperately!!!!"
