"We purchased 4 fans from Anzalone which our electrician installed. Unfortunately there were mechanical issues with some of the fans. I called Anzalone and they immediately ordered new fans for us (expedited the shipment ) and had their own employee install them in our house at no additional charge. Within four days of my call about the problem the new fans were installed and are working perfectly. I am giving Anzalone five stars despite the initial problem because of their responsiveness and making sure I was satisfied. Problems sometimes occur on jobs, but if you go with Anzalone they will make it right."

"Went there to order a $2,000 light fixture. Salesman told me that it was from "fancy" catalog and owner had to deal with that. (note: I had gone there before and decided on this fixture for my new home). So salesman told me he would have owner Mrs. Anzalone I assume, call me Sat. Am. So I made special trip there Sat at 11am and all lights were on and cars in parking lot but doors locked. So I called while looking in the window and saw the owner sitting at the desk staring at me and she just ignored me. I even knocked on the window, etc. so I texted salesman who waited on me and he assured me that he told her to call me and that she told him to go home. So I left a message at the store voicemail telling them I wanted to order this $2,000 fixture, etc and nearly two weeks later never heard from them. How can this awfully run store keep it's doors open! DONT GO THERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!"
