I spent a half hour (only one in the store) looking for a gift for a friend price not an issue, no help what so ever. Customer service has really gone down hill. I will never step foot in that store again!"

"Poor customer service. I received a pair of earrings as a gift from The Paper Store and after wearing them 3 times they broke. I just wanted an even exchange and they refused, said I needed a receipt, even though it was their item and in their gift box. I won't waste my time at this store again."

"I recieved the coupon in the picture attached and just want to say this is one of the worst and most deceptive marketing ploys I have ever seen. Looking at this coupon, one would think they could get 20% off an ornament, but you would be wrong, ornaments are excluded from this offer. The employees there are really nice and attentive and honestly I feel bad for them on this one. When I mentioned to the cashier that this was extremely deceptive, her response was robotic and sounded pre-medetated "she wasnt in Marketing"...which she has probably had to tell numerous people over the past few days and will until it expires. This ones on you corporate, what a shame."
