"It's annoying coming in and always taking a gamble with the food quality, if he's in a good mood he makes the subs well but if a customer is in front of you giving him a hard time he takes it out on you the person who did absolutely nothing to him, this has happened twice now, the bottom sub roll was soggy and uncooked but the top bun was toasted?? Why come here and spend my hard earned money for subpar food. I see now why it's cheap, unreliable food quality, how could you do that? Just because your in a bad mood doesn't mean you need to take it out on me!"
"Really nice people. The quality of the food is excellent. Top quality cold cuts and sub rolls in particular. Everything that I have had there is great. You cannot beat the prices. A place that you must try and I bet you'll go back. Convenient location that is well stocked with beer and pop."

"The single worst customer service experience I have ever had the displeasure of going through in my 28 years of existence, don't go here not only is the so called "food" disgusting and unappetizing but even with money in hand the proprietor could not be bother to make a sandwich fresh and instead shill the hours and or days old pre made garbage. Also the bacon selection is criminal."
