"My previous practice in NJ used mediscripts to order prescription blanks, so when I left that practice and started working elsewhere I decided to continue with them. I ordered 8 pads and they sent it via fedex. The package never made it and I never got my scripts, I contacted the licensing board and filed a police report in person. It was clear from the investigation that the carrier they used misplaced the package. They offered to resend it again to the same location via the same carrier. I was apprehensive because they already lost the first package and I spent a ridiculous amount of time reporting it. I decided I did not want the order at all and try to look into finding a new location for my mail and then reorder the scripts from them. But when I called and said I wanted a refund they said I should make my home address public so they can ship it there. I felt uncomfortable with making my home address public and said I would just like a refund for now. Their response was that since they printed the scripts they cannot refund it and that once the package is mailed its really all on me. They don't care if I got the scripts or not. A very irresponsible and disappointing service. I would not recommend them to anyone."
