"Getting used to new look, still asking questions about product locations. Woman at register acted like she didn't want to be there. When I left I told her she should smile more. (not received well). I had over $200 order,so maybe that made her sorry she was there. Older woman, long hair and miserable. Overworked, maybe. ."
"Not a huge fan anymore. Dated stores with higher prices than other large retail stores., stock seems haphazardly re-upped, couldnt find a brand/type of Lays crackers over 3 weeks, went to WalMart paid over $1.10 less and had ample supplies in stock. The Gas Points seem to be subsidized by in store pricing being higher. Noticed the butcher shop is almost gone now. Been hitting WalMart, Whole Foods and Wegmans."

"I was cashing out in the self checkout and the man who was supervising the self checkout was extremely rude. In front of the whole store he called me a thief. I have never stole a day in my life. And when he checked my receipt he seen that I in fact stole nothing. I do not recommend this Tops location unless you want to be embarrassed."
