"What in for a simple item to purchase. Found a bonus item and then proceeded to check out. Only checkout available was the self check out. One of the four items scanned, even though I scanned four. Machine is telling me where to place items, however machine was still not working. Person behind the desk asked if I need any help. I said no, left my items at the register and walked out."
"Only getting four stars because fewer people are working. Cashing out is automated and customer driven. CVS has great discounts with their store program. It is definitely worth doing. I miss seeing the CVS brand of diphenhydramine bottle of 300. Kind of eerie not seeing workers."
