"Stopped by on my way to work. The only cashier was outside, smoking a cigarette. Stood at the counter for five minutes. she couldn’t be bothered to come in and cash me out so I left"

"Company doesnt allow pump usage after hours. Not supporting their company anymore, huge inconvenience for a "convenience" store"

"Understand that you pay for convenience. Gas is cheaper on the reservation, food is cheaper at the supermarket, but if it just isn't worth it to drive for an item or two, the selection is decent for the space available. Decent pizza and subs, nothing amazing, nothing horrible."

"Used to be a nice place, new manager named Darcy pretends she is a Deputy Sheriff because her new boyfriend is a tiny city of Lockport cop (3 officers on per shift). She used to live next door with her ex husband and her daughter lives across the street, so they act like they own the street blocking lanes and directing traffic into the lot to try to increase sales. Very unprofessional and probably illegal. Prices on the signs above the pumps are often wrong and the real price is higher, happened twice and was told there was nothing they would do. Food in the deli is only good if there is one person in particular working, tall girl named Jade. Otherwise subs are a mess and pizza is horrible. Quality definitely went down after change of management. Female cashiers are always rude and male cashiers act like you're a bother to them and taking up their time. However one employee named Mark is very professional and helpful. Prices are through the roof on convenient store items... Highest in the area, and gas is jacked up because there isn't another station for a few miles. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and DO NOT use the car wash. Damaged my friends car a few months ago after a piece of the metal covering the wash machine that moves back and forth fell right off and they did nothing and tried to blame her! They told her she had to file a claim with the company that manufactures the car wash out of Ohio....yet they own it. Currently fighting a small claims battle and they are adamant about not wanting to fix the car when it was clearly their fault. Just avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to get ripped off while being looked down upon and treated like a second class citizen."
