I was told by the owner to do entire wall instead of the leaking areas near by the windows. However, the leakage area has expanded bigger and in different areas after he done the work. Leaks originally was just near windows in my bedroom and kid's bedroom, but the leak were extended to my wall as well as my kid's wall, the same wall in my kitchen after he finished the job. The leak began a month after the work was completed in late October 2022. It took the owner four months to respond to us, finally in March 2023 he came. However, the entire wall got even worst afterwards. The leaks are not just near by the windows anymore, it is the entire wall, two bedrooms wall and the kitchen wall. This time, the owner has not responded since six months ago. 2 Star in March 2023: Workers finally came today to redo the leaky section of wall near the rear windows. Hopefully there will be no more leaks for next few years to come. We changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars because they promised and tried to fix it. 1 Star in February 2023: We are very disappointed for this unprofessional and untrustworthy company. Five months ago, in the mid-October last year, we paid Saradar Restoration Corp in full to repair the brick joints and jointing work on the left side exterior brick of our house. However, the problem of water leakage on the side exterior wall has not been resolved. Starting from January 2023 (less than three months after they finished the project), every time it rains, water will still seep from the exterior wall into the interior wall! Under our agreement, the project comes with a five-year warranty against water leakage from the exterior brickwork into the interior walls. We have been sent multiple emails, text messages and phone calls to Muhammad Ali over the past two months about the poor job they done and they needed to fix the problem. However, as of today, we have not heard back from him nor Saradar Restoration Corp. FYI, you must obtain an EIN /Tax number of any company if you need a service and this is to protect you and your assets."
