"I came to Harbor freight to purchase an item, that I was looking for at other locations but didn't have. I was extremely grateful that Harbor Freight had the item I was looking for. Everything was going great until the transaction was completed. A cashier named Jacqueline acted as though she didn't want to bag my 2 items and told me with an attitude the bag is 5 cents. She immediately starting conversing with other coworkers as though I didn't exist. So now I'm waiting (with a dollar in my hand to pay for the bag) for her to bag my items. After she bags my items, now she tells me I don't have to pay the 5 cents for the bag. Every customer that makes a purchase in this store deserves a bag for their item(s). The customer should never ever be made to feel as though they are petty or worthless, especially when paying with their hard earned money. Bad customer service will only lead your customers to shop elsewhere and gladly. Train your workers to be professional!!!"

"For my first experience at this store. I was treated like a king. Sely on the floor helped me find what I had gone for immediately Her attitude was friendly. She answered my questions and did not rush me. Eleanor at the register was very nice and explained the membership process to me. This is how you should be treated at any business greeted kindly helped with a smile and made to feel like you want to come back. Btw I paid the toll and came from Queens. Well worth the trip"
