"i came here to buy some regular 2 x 4 to build an item for my home. first of all they make you pay up front, secondly they dont allow you to pick your own pieces. third they made me wait nearly an hour to get eight pieces of wood. and the final straw was that they gave me terrible wood. not a single piece of it was usable, every piece was damaged in some way. and on top of everything they do not give refunds. save your time and money and go somewhere else."
